Spray Drying Room
Spray drying is an essential step in the food manufacturing process to create products such as milk powder, instant coffee, and various powdered products. In this process, liquid is sprayed through an atomiser into a chamber containing streams of hot air that cause moisture to evaporate rapidly.
With an integrated fluid bed at the bottom of the drying chamber, drying and agglomeration take place in a single operation that produce free flowing and dustless powder.

Specifications:
- 10 kg per hr water evaporation rate at 200°C/90°C
- In-line 2-stage homogenizer, up to 400 bar
- Integrated with triple chamber static fluidized bed
